A Celebration of Good Cheer and an Emotional Farewell
Despite the rainy weather, the summer party of Precise Metal Production GmbH & Co. KG was a great success this year. A total of 74 registrations, including many employees with their families, created a lively and cheerful atmosphere. Children enjoyed the bouncy castle, crafting, painting, and table football.
Guests were treated to delicious burgers from the Provenzano family, and as a special surprise, Mr. Marco Marotta’s mobile soft-serve ice cream truck delighted everyone with sweet treats. Despite the unfavorable weather, the mood remained excellent, making it a memorable celebration.
A particularly emotional moment was the farewell to Mr. Karl-Heinz Spitzer, who is retiring after 12 years of dedicated service. Managing Director Mr. Christian Wordl honored his outstanding contributions and tireless commitment to the company. Karl-Heinz Spitzer began his career at PMP as Production Manager, significantly shaping the company’s development with his expertise and dedication.
From October 2015, he also became a shareholder and contributed numerous important ideas and visions. Notably, he successfully led purchasing from April 2018 and, from November 1, 2021, was responsible for pre- and post-calculation, serving as a key contact for both commercial and technical matters. After many years of successful work, Karl-Heinz Spitzer will retire on August 31, 2025.
As part of the farewell, employees presented Mr. Spitzer with a heartfelt gift to thank him for his many years of collaboration. Many also took the opportunity to personally express their gratitude and appreciation for his dedication and support.
“Karl-Heinz, we sincerely thank you for everything you have done for us and the company over all these years. Your expertise, loyalty, and passion will be missed,” said Mr. Wordl during the farewell.
