High-Precision Turned Parts
With a total of 16 CNC-controlled lathes (including some double-spindle automatic lathes) in the areas of bar and chuck machining, we cover the entire spectrum of metal-cutting turning operations.
We manufacture high-precision turned parts: in bar machining from 25 to 100 mm in diameter, and in chuck machining – also with robotic loading – from 25 to 350 mm in diameter.
Most of our lathes are equipped with driven tools (1 to 2 turrets with Y-axis capability) to manufacture complex components for our customers in drive technology, mechanical and plant engineering, as well as the automotive and commercial vehicle industries.
Our machinery is highly versatile, allowing us to maintain deliveries even in the event of bottlenecks and to guarantee a reliable supply of parts to our customers.
A key focus of our portfolio is the series production of complex parts. As a supplier, we maintain a modern tool management system to immediately compensate for any tool failures.
Heat treatment or surface finishing at partner companies certified according to ISO 9001 completes the machining process upon the customer’s request.
